All have litigation capabilities; international, as well as domestic, practices; the capability of working in English; and are committed to offering a seamless service to Globalaw derived clients and their requirements.

Globalaw does not operate a referral fee system and member firms retain complete discretion in the selection of foreign counsel most appropriate and qualified to meet the needs of their respective clients.  Globalaw intends to ensure that the best choice for work needed in a specific jurisdiction is invariably the Globalaw member firm in that jurisdiction.

As not every jurisdiction is yet covered by Globalaw, members located in neighboring countries are always willing to recommend an appropriate firm.
