Dispute Resolution Network Sucess Story

A TV settop box manufacturer in Taiwan is in dispute with Philips, a worldwide electronic consumer products distributor, for due payment of at least US$5.8 million. Impressed by recently released Globalaw publication "Doing Business in Asia Pacific 2012" , the Taiwan company approached Shay & Partners in Taipei seeking for global legal resource on dispute resolution. Kelvin Chia Partnership in Singapre and VMW TAXAND in the Netherlands have thus been invited for assisting negotiation.
