Guerrero Olivos 

Guerrero, Olivos, Novoa y Errázuriz was organized in 1981 by a group of attorneys who had held key positions in governmental, autonomous and private entities, and who also shared the vision of creating a law firm based in excellence, efficiency and loyalty, in order to support their clients in their businesses and transactions. The law firm today has more than thirty lawyers and its practice spans over the different areas of law, offering their clients an integral service. Among the clients of the firm there are local, foreign and multinational companies, as well as financial institutions both Chilean and international. Almost all the lawyers of the firm speak English, a large proportion of them has studied in Europe and the United States and some of them have practiced in the most important law firms in the United States. Their professional experience includes having worked as officers in a number of governmental and autonomous entities, as well as having held relevant positions in banks and private companies. Some of Guerrero, Olivos, Novoa y Errázuriz’s lawyers are members of the boards of important companies. This fact, along with their links with the business community, universities, communication media and their experience in the public sector allow the firm to provide a service based in a practical knowledge of the solutions its clients require, as well as count with vast information for taking decisions.
